Why Are Your Prices So Low?

Our prices are significantly lower than you will find at your local adult retailer and other online stores.  We are able to provide these low prices on adult products because we have been in the adult industry for 22 years and on-line for 13.  Our dedicated following of customers allows us to purchase in larger quantities and pass these saving along to you.  Unlike many on-line web sites that are affiliate programs (the ones that all look the same), we are a real company with a real warehouse and no middle men.
Do You Have A Print Catalog?

No, we do not have an print catalog available. All adult products are available on this web site. If you cannot find a particular item please contact Customer Service with your product request.
How Do I Place An Order?

Ordering ON-LINE is EASY. Place the desired products in the shopping cart.  Click on the 'Checkout Button'.  Enter all the requested information.  When the order is complete, a confirmation email receipt will be sent to you. 
Do You Accept Phone Orders?

We are no longer taking orders over the telephone.  In order to continue to provide low, discount prices we have found it necessary to streamline our business.  With our new automated system, orders process faster and are more secure with fewer errors when placed on-line. 
Is Ordering On-Line Safe? 

You will notice that our shopping cart is unique and totally different that most companies - you are not required to enter a password.  This means that your information is NEVER stored on-line.  We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and encryption technology that scrambles all of your information.  Your privacy is our Number One Priority! We Do Not sell our customers information. We Do Not send junk mail to our customers. Customer data is always confidential. 
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Most order are shipped the same day.  The exception is on orders that are placed late in the afternoon, evening, holiday or on the week-end.  Delivery time varies depending on the time you place the order as well as the shipping option you select. We offer lots of delivery options from next-day shipping to standard delivery.
How Are Orders Packaged? 

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet boxes with 'CEC PRODUCTS, Inc.' as the return address. No detailed description of any item appears on credit card receipts. 'CEC PRODUCTS, Inc.' is the only company name that ever appears on any transaction or box.
How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

Your email address is used to send a copy of your order as soon as it is placed. After your order has been shipped, we will send you another email confirming that your package has been sent.   The order confirmation will contain both the carriers name and tracking number. 
What If I Am Having A Problem Placing An Order? 

Just EMAIL US.  Please provide as much information as possible.  Customer Service will respond to you as soon as possible.  In most cases, it will be within the hour, but definitely within the business day. 
What If My Order Was Declined? 

A credit/debit card can be declined for many reasons, wrong card number, wrong CVV number, expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or an any issue with your bank. Credit card authorization is handled by an automated system, we may not be given the exact reason for decline. If your order is declined please do the following:
     Re-enter your credit card information or change to a different credit card.
     If you are using a prepaid card, please call the phone number on the back of the card to add your personal information as well.
     This will resubmit the order, and we will try to authorize your card again.
     If your card is declined again, please contact your card-issuing bank to find out why they will not authorize the charge.
     If your bank confirms it is okay, go back and resubmit your order.
Out of Stock Merchandise/Split Ship Orders.

Although we try our best to have all items in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where the manufacturer cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item(s).  We also ship from multiple locations across the country and your may be notified that you order has been split shipped. This means that the order will then arrive in separate packages and at different times. Your credit card is charged at the time of your order for all items, including those that may be split shipped or refunded. In some cases, substitutions of similar items may be made.  If you order arrives and any item is missing please check your email before contacting us.  All out of stocks and split ship orders are advised by email prior to delivery.
Can I Cancel An Order?

Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. Our system is fully automated, therefore, changes CANNOT be made once your order has been submitted. 
Can I Return Merchandise? 

Please select your purchases carefully, because of the nature of the products we offer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exception is a defective product which we must be notified upon delivery. You must contact Customer Service for a return authorization and return shipping information immediately. The defective product will be exchanged for a duplicate product ONLY!  We warranty against product defect out of the box, after that it becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer.  Please make sure to fill out any warranty card or go on-line to register your product with the manufacturer.  (The ugly truth about companies that take back returns of products of this intimate nature is they are re-selling.  This means when you buy from them you could have a product that has been used by someone else.  Make sense why our company does not recycle returns????)
